Magnetometer (3D-BMS) Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions

PRICES:  Magnetometer (3D-BMS) Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices in effect at the time

of shipment. The buyer shall also be responsible for payment of all Applicable sales and/or use taxes.

MINIMUM ORDER:  Minimum Order is one Unit.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Payment settlement before Shipment.

DELIVERY TERMS:  All prices are Ex-works Manufactory in HongKong.

SHIPPING WAY:   DHL Delivery.

SHORTAGES:  Any claim for shortages must be made to TOPTECH in writing within Four (4) weeks of receipt of merchandise.

RETURNS:  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from TOPTECH before any merchandise can be returned.

RMAs are valid for sixty (60) days only. Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge plus an additional charge for any damages.

Goods returned under the terms of the MAGNETOMETER (3D-BMS) Lifetime Warranty must be accompanied by a copy of the

original invoice.

DECODE, CLONE OR DUPLICATION:  Any trial of Decoding, Clone or Duplication for Magnetometer (3D-BMS) is  prohibited.  If does,

RMA rejection.

INTERCHANGE:  Any part of Magnetometer units interchanging between different Magnetometers is absolutely prohibited.

If does, The Magnetometer probably does not work and RMA rejection.

CANCELLATIONS:  Any order and/or item(s) may be subject to a 20% cancellation charge for catalog items.  Cancellation of non-catalog or custom items will be subject to a 40% cancellation charge plus all costs (both direct and indirect) incurred by manufacturing

at the point of cancellation that are properly allocated to the cancellation order and/or item(s).

WARRANTY:  All Magnetometers (3D-BMS) are sold with a limited warranty as specified below:

Because the manufacturer does not install, adjust or operate this device, The manufacturer cannot guarantee the performances of the

Magnetometers. Therefore, there are no express warranties (except as stated herein below) or implied warranties (including any warranty

of merchantability or fitness) attached to the sale or use of this Product.

In lieu of all other express warranties or any implied warranties MANUFACTURER EXPRESSLY WARRANTS against defects in material

and workmanship in safety Magnetometer for five (5) Years. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will replace at its sole option,

free of charge, any defective unit returned freight Prepaid excludes Buyer ever did any trial of Decoding, Clone or Duplication activity.
